A (chibi! X3 ) teaser for an upcoming chapter in my Mario fanfiction, Appositus Obscurum- Trouble in Twilight town.

You see, in order to escape certain death at the hands of Dimentio, Nastasia teleports the group (well, except for Fawful and Daisy, who remain behind to destroy Dimentio's conquest from the inside-out) out of his beloved little dimensional-explosion spell. However, she takes some serious damage, and everyone is flung to different corners of Rogueport as a result.
Mimi ends up in Twilight Town, where she meets Doopliss and his acting troupe. They're in a bit of trouble, seeing as how their opening night is coming up and the Duplighost girl who plays Peach has broken her leg. Realizing that staying with a travelling acting troupe could help her run into her friends (and pretty much absorbed by the prospect of glamour and lights XD ) Mimi takes the role.
But it looks like an old adversary of Mario's is out for revenge...And unfortunately for our sweet little shapeshifter, he's too stupid to realize the Peach he's after is merely an actress. ><;

So, yeah, here's the whole gang. Doopliss is having a blast, Mimi's delighted, Peach thinks they're cute together (because they ARE- DoopliMimi FTW), Nastasia is peeking out from behind the curtain, and O'Chunks is on to Lord C- I mean, our looming mystery villain. XD

...For some strange reason, I think I made O'Chunks look like a Muppet.
